James McCallum, Chairman
James McCallum has over 35 years of experience in well engineering, well construction management and business management, including 14 years with UK and international operators.
James is responsible for providing direction and leadership to implement strategy and achieve Incosta's vision.
James was previously:
CEO and Co-Founder of Senergy, one of the world’s most respected and admired international companies in the field of global integrated exploration, production and energy services. Senergy is now a part of Lloyd’s Register group.
Founder and president of the North Sea’s leading turnkey wells project management company, GMIS.
An active member of the joint industry/UK government task force scheme pilot from 1997–2002.
Co-creator of Scotland’s renewable energy task force FREDS.
James is a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineers, Professor of Energy at Strathclyde University, Visiting Professor at Edinburgh Business School and Visiting Professor at the European Business School London.
David Bell, CEO
David Bell has over 36 years of International experience working 28 years for BP and an additional 8 years at Mubadala Petroleum.
At Mubadala Petroleum, David was the Senior Vice President of Operations with accountability for operated and non-operated ventures. He held a variety of senior technical, functional and regional roles covering the Middle East, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
Previously, while at BP, David was responsible for a variety of management, operational and technical assignments. His experience includes HSSE, project management, operations management and organizational capability building. Most of his career with BP was spent overseas working in diverse cultures, including leading operations in Indonesia, Colombia and Azerbaijan. He also supported the development of local capability in the ADNOC Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi.
David is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the company, ensuring that every project is safely delivered on time, on spec and within budget, while preserving the safety and well-being of our personnel, the community, the environment and the equipment, thus meeting the objectives of the clients while ensuring the target profitability.
Ho Ty Trinh, CFO & Head of Administration
Ho Ty Trinh is a seasoned senior expert with over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the areas of finance, JV management, supply chain management, HR, treasury and administration. He has been responsible for driving numerous large-scale commercial negotiations, and obtaining project financing. Ho Ty has led the finance and administration areas for major IOCs and energy companies such as ExxonMobil, ADNOC, Masdar and Mubadala Petroleum.

Ho Ty has held CEO positions in Germany and Singapore where he led the implementation of successful turnaround and growth strategies for leading energy companies. He was involved in leading projects for LNG exports to Japan and importing gas from Qatar to the UAE via the Dolphin project.
